There are countless families with young children living in the Strawberry/Tiburon peninsula. The day-to-day impacts of thousands of new car trips from an intense development proposal is real. 

Many of our neighborhood kids are students who walk and bike to Strawberry Point Elementary. They would be in the streets at the very same time in the mornings and afternoons as the new influx of cars, making their routes to school no longer safe. 

Strawberry is a close-knit, familial community and the addition of this many cars would not only destroy the character of our neighborhood, it would create unsafe conditions for families, cyclists and residents of Strawberry.
